The above prices are for in office surgery performed in our fully accredited Surgical Suite. An anesthetist will be present to administer sedation and monitor your vital signs throughout the procedure. A complete surgical suite is utilized with two surgical nurses to assist Dr. Wuest and the recovery of the patient. An EKG is required for any patient who is 50 years or older. The fee for the EKG is an additional $55.00 and is to be paid directly to the cardiologist at the time of the EKG. ALL SURGERY FEES ARE TO BE PAID THE DAY OF PRE OP. If surgery has to be delayed or canceled, a full refund may be paid to the patient, if we are given a full three (3) business days notice. Payment for your surgery is due on your pre-op appointment day. No personal checks will be accepted unless it is at least three weeks prior to your surgery date. Only certified check, Visa®, MasterCard® American Express®,Discover® or CareCredit® will be accepted.
