The above prices are for surgery performed in our On-Site Surgical
Suite. An anesthetist will be present to administer I.V.
sedation and monitor your vital signs throughout the procedure.
Our On-Site Surgical Suite is staffed with two surgical nurses
to assist Dr. Wuest and the recovery of the patient. An EKG is
required for any patient 40 years or older. The fee for the EKG
is an additional $55.00 and is to be paid at the time of
the EKG. ALL SURGERY FEES
ARE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF SURGERY. If surgery has to be delayed
or canceled, a full refund may be paid to the patient, if our
office is given three (3) full business days notice. Payment for your surgery is
due on your pre-op appointment day. No personal checks will be
accepted unless it is at least three weeks prior to your surgery
date. Only cash, certified check, Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® will be
accepted. Medicare
is accepted.
